Process
Our development process is iterative and cyclical, consisting of several steps required to make a complete interactive media project. Once we complete one cycle, we'll begin another one, working on a brand new original concept.
Our Process
- Ideation
We will begin each cycle with a brainstorming session where we explore as many ideas as possible within a time limit.
- Concept Definition
Our next step will be to implement constraints and utimately settle on a concept to plan and move forward with.
- Visual Development
Once we have a clear high level idea of what we plan to make, we will begin explore visual language ideas to help bring it to life.
- Animation
Then to further bring our concept to life, we will utilize animation principles to make things more compelling.
- Prototyping
At this point we start exploring basic interaction using game engines or frameworks that make it quick and simple to explore an initial idea.
- Coding
Once we are happy with the overall look and feel of our ideas, we'll go deeper into code to flesh out the concept further.
- Music Composition
We will then explore music composition to create appropriate sound bed tracks for our projects.
- Sound Effects
Continuing with audio, we will record and implement appropriate sound effects to provide satisfying auditory feedback.
- Visual Effects
At this point our projects will be ready for some visual flourishes. We will use visual effects such as post processing, particles or otherwise to add these final details.
- Iteration and Completion
Lastly, we will review what is and is not working and we continuously iterate on the idea in order to ensure it reaches it's potential.
